Todays Focus Is... "Self-Sabotage"

Today's Focus Is "Self-Sabotage"... Now Webster defines #SelfSabotage as "behavior which creates problems and interferes with long-standing goals." This is something that I see too often in people. Personally, I've #SelfSabotage myself many times in my life. The most common self-sabotaging behaviors are #procrastination, #self-medication with #drugs or #alcohol, comfort #eating in the face of #weight concerns, and self-injury. These acts may seem helpful at the moment but ultimately undermine us, especially when we engage in them repeatedly. You must remember our ultimate destiny is determined by our mindsets. So how do we overcome Self-Sabotage?

The Professional:
As a professional, we all procrastinate from time to time. This procrastination normally is the reason why we can't move up the corporate ladder! I suggest you use strengthening deliberation and self-regulation methods. Using technology to help you remember important things you want to conquer. Self-regulate yourself to stay on tasks. Shift your definition of your worth, from outcomes to effort.

The Entrepreneur:
As a business owner, you're both a professional and manager of your own destiny! Self-sabotaging yourself is very destructive in business. Mainly because most small businesses do not have the proper systems in place to keep them focused on their long-term goals. I suggest to my client's motivational therapies reconnect people with their goals and values. Consciously see mistakes and failure as steppingstones to success, rather than as definitions of your worth.

The Lifestyle:
Now personally we all have a survival program, which I call our ego-wounded self. It's activated by fear and goes into action to try to protect us from getting hurt. But we're self-sabotaging ourselves by keeping isolated, giving up to the point of resentment, & make so many self-serving demands on your partner that he or she feels undervalued. All are relationship killers!

The Bottom line:
Self-judgment is a major form of self-sabotage. When you notice yourself judging yourself, ask your higher self for the truth. Decide that you will define your worth by the loving actions you take for yourself and others, rather than by the outcome of the actions.

Today's focus is... "Energy"

Today's Focus Is "Energy"… now Webster defines #Energy, as "The #strength and #vitality required for #sustained #physical and/or #mental activity. It is also "the #feeling of possessing such #strength and #vitality.” As we explore some of the C #power, #vigor, and #strength!” We realize energy is the most important resource to existence. Many times I’ve seen #badenergy destroy a great person. Many because they allow the environment to slow their #energy level down. Personally, I've allowed my #Energy to slow down many times based on environment's energy in my life. The most common #energy stealers is #procrastination, #Entertainment, #comfortzone, #overeating, #weight concerns, and medication your take. These acts may seem helpful at the moment, but ultimately it undermines us, especially when we engage in them repeatedly. You must remember our destiny, is determined by our mind, body, and spirit. So how do we overcome Low Energy Level?

The Professional:
As a professional, we all procrastinate from time to time at work and in life. If the environment you're in is draining your energy! You must change it or find someplace to escape until you can. Energy is the most important substance to advancing your talent and skills. You must change who you are around, especially people with bad energy in order to get head! I suggest you use strengthening deliberation and self-regulation methods of your priceless time. Using technology to help you remember important things you want to conquer. A small reminder of who you want to become and how you're going to get there is essential to building substantial energy! Self-regulate yourself to stay on tasks. Shift your definition of your worth, from outcomes to pure effort will give you the energy to surpass anything.

The Entrepreneur:
As an entrepreneur, you're both a professional and manager of your own destiny! Energy is harder to maintain because unlike a professional career with a support team. Many entrepreneurs start alone and with a lot of nays'ers around them. What gives an entrepreneur energy is a passion for the cause. If you're failing right now in business and you don’t have the energy to press forward…You're in the wrong business! Success is not created by the motivation of how much money you can make! Success is created by the energy you put in for the solution you provide others. Real entrepreneur energy comes from the joy of their creation. Put your energy in the strengths of your business skills and never allow outside influences stop you from achieving your destiny.

The Lifestyle:
Good Energy at work brings great energy back home! Now depending on your home environment this energy can grow or disappear! Home should be the foundation for your energy. It's the place where you should be able to store your energy. But for some many people home drain their energy. The pile of bills or an unhappy spouse can do more damage to your energy than any other person in the world. The hardest part is these type of energy barriers cannot be avoided by changing the environment. The only solution for these energy drainers is communication. Bills you know come every month to communicate and negotiate with them your situation, no matter how bad it may look. With your unhappy spouse find the root cause for their frustration and find ways to assist them in fixing it. This is a great relationship & energy building method.

The Bottom line:
Energy is a necessity for steady growth in every area of your life. It controls bottom your physical and mental state of mind. You will never gain power or control over your life without the energy to do it! It's important that you stay away from energy robbing people. Attend class, workshops and networking events with people with similar interest as you. Studies show people put the major of their energy and time in what their interests are in life. Stop put your time in people, no matter how close they are that drains your energy. Understand low energy can leaded to major health problems and wasting the most precious thing in life…TIME!

Today's Focus Is..."Drive"

Today's Focus Is “DRIVE"... Now Webster defines #Drive as “To send, expel, or otherwise cause to move by force or compulsion, to cause and to guide the movement." In order to obtain any of the goals we have in life, we must be driven to achieve them! Without the drive, we cannot get far in life. So how do we continuously drive towards our goals in life?

The Professional:
As a professional, continuous drive is developed by continuous education. The biggest issues with most professionals are they don’t stay current on technology within their profession. In order to hit new career heights, you must continuously remain innovative and knowledgeable within your industry. Real financial security starts with the right mindset, not the great company you work for! Don’t get comfortable in your current position always push for a higher position. This will help you inquiry lifestyle goals faster; you may have to put in hard work for a few years, but I guarantee it will be worth it.

The Entrepreneur:
As an entrepreneur, I teach the most important method towards having a drive in life...'having a well-defined plan". Your plan must be filled with action tasks that are going to force you to propel forward! These tasks must have a purpose behind them in order for you to create an unbreakable drive towards success! A true drive is built through trial and error. Your drive is tested by obstacles and barriers, so by having a solid plan with purpose. Your drive can become invincible such as great companies like Google, Tesla, Apple and many more!

The Lifestyle:
Now personally, drive works the same way within your private relationships. Both parties within the relationship should be driven towards each other's happiness. You should have the drive to seek understanding for each other. You should have the drive to promote each others purpose in life. You should have the drive to love each other unconditionally. You should have the drive to let go of any naysaying family or friends that talk about the negative in your relationship

The Bottom line:
Life comes with many options and your environment around you in some manner will try to dictate your drive in life choices. This is why you are in the current situation you are right now. Everyone around you is going to have an opinion on what you should drive towards. Opinions are overrated but needed. You should search your heart and drive towards your life's passions. Find the people who will drive you further in achieving bigger dreams!
